A small amount of functional storage
NexQuest uses browser storage to keep a hiring draft available within your browser session, help prevent duplicate inquiries when you retry a submission, and remember your motion preference. These entries support the site’s features; they are not advertising profiles.
The site does not currently set its own cookies or include advertising pixels or optional visitor-analytics scripts. Browser storage and cookies are different technologies, but both can retain information on your device. Our Privacy Policy explains server-side processing and your privacy choices.
What is saved on your device
nq-motion
Local storage · Motion preference
Records whether you have switched animation on or off. It stays in that browser until you change it or clear the site’s browser data. The site also respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
nq-hiring-brief
Session storage · Hiring draft
Contains what you enter in the form, including contact details, role, industry, location, notes, and confidentiality choice. It lets you reopen or reload the form without starting over. The draft is not sent to NexQuest until you submit it.
nq-inquiry-submission
Session storage · Submission retry record
Contains a submission identifier and a copy of the draft associated with it, including any contact details and notes. This helps the site reuse the same reference if you retry an inquiry. The draft copy is plain text in your browser storage, not an anonymous identifier or one-way hash.
Session storage normally lasts until the browser tab or window is closed. Browser session-restore features may keep it longer. Someone with access to your browser profile may be able to see this information, so use care on shared devices.
Hosting and security cookies
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Depending on the security features active for your request, it may use cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse or remember a completed security check. These security cookies may not be present on every visit.
For example, a Cloudflare challenge may use a cf_clearance cookie to record successful verification. The cookies used and their lifetimes depend on the feature and configuration. Cloudflare describes them in its official cookie documentation. That catalog includes features this website may not use.
How to manage or remove storage
- Use Motion: on/off in the homepage footer to change animation preferences. A device-level reduced-motion preference takes priority.
- Clear brief clears the active hiring draft. Undo temporarily keeps a recoverable copy in page memory. Clear brief does not erase the separate submission-retry record.
- To remove all saved entries, use your browser’s settings to clear site data for nexquestsearch.com, and close open site tabs to discard their in-memory drafts. Session restoration may otherwise recover a tab’s data.
- You can block browser storage or cookies in your browser settings. Drafts or preferences may stop persisting, and security challenges or other functions may be affected.
Clearing browser data does not delete an inquiry already sent to NexQuest, a sent email, or a file you downloaded. To request removal of information we hold, follow the privacy-request instructions.
Questions and changes
We will update this page if the site’s storage or tracking practices change. Where consent is legally required for a new optional technology, we will obtain it before activating that technology.
