Who we are and what this policy covers
NEXQUEST, LLC (“NexQuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates nexquestsearch.com. We are a Florida business providing direct-hire recruiting services across the United States.
This policy describes information collected through this website and communications connected with a website inquiry, including hiring inquiries, career inquiries sent by email, and privacy or accessibility requests. It does not describe every activity in a later recruiting engagement. Where an additional notice applies to a particular service or collection of information, we will identify it at that time.
Information we handle
- Information you submit. Our hiring inquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, role to be filled, and location. You may also provide a phone number, industry or area of work, notes, and a confidentiality preference. We receive what you choose to send in related emails, which may include professional experience or other career information.
- Inquiry administration. We keep a submission reference, submission time, originating website hostname, and delivery and retry information so we can record your request and avoid duplicate notifications.
- Technical information. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, times, and security events to deliver and protect the website. The inquiry database does not store your IP address or browser identifier as inquiry fields.
- Information saved on your device. The website saves your motion preference and, during your browser session, your hiring draft and a submission-retry record that includes a copy of the draft. See Cookies & Browser Storage for details and controls.
Unsubmitted form drafts are not sent to our server. Selecting Send inquiry submits the details to NexQuest. Use email instead opens a draft in your email application; your email provider handles any message you choose to send. Downloads and printing are handled by your device. This website does not offer accounts, accept payments, or provide a résumé upload facility.
Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not include Social Security numbers, government identification documents, financial account details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in the inquiry form. Do not send another person’s information unless you are authorized to do so.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Receive, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry or request.
- Understand hiring needs or career interests and discuss potential services.
- Operate the website, preserve drafts on your device, deliver notifications, and troubleshoot failures.
- Prevent abuse, protect the website and our records, and maintain appropriate business records.
- Handle privacy or accessibility requests, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize advertising tracking. It requests a conversation about the information you provide.
How long we keep information
The website inquiry database uses an automated cleanup process to remove inquiry records more than 365 days after submission once their internal email notification has been sent. Records with unresolved delivery remain while we address the issue. This cleanup applies to the website database; it does not automatically remove copies in email, other business records, provider logs, or backups.
Related correspondence, recruiting records, and records of privacy requests may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the request or relationship, service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record, purpose, and any legal preservation requirement. Hosting logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention and recovery processes.
You can request deletion using the contact details below. We will consider your request and explain any applicable reason for retaining information. Browser storage has separate lifetimes described on our Cookies & Browser Storage page.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your website inquiry. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, use an authorized agent, or appeal a decision. These rights can be subject to exceptions.
Email contact@nexquestsearch.com with the subject “Privacy request,” or write to the mailing address below. Describe the request and the email address or inquiry reference that will help us locate the information. Please do not include identity documents or sensitive information in your initial request. We may ask for reasonable verification of your identity and, if applicable, an agent’s authority before releasing or changing information.
We will review requests under applicable law, respond within any applicable legal deadlines, and explain any refusal. To ask us to reconsider a decision, reply with the subject “Privacy appeal.” You may also contact your state attorney general or other competent privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
You can choose not to submit a form, leave optional fields blank, or contact us by email. If you no longer want follow-up about an inquiry, tell us in your reply. We may still retain records or send communications needed for an existing engagement or legal obligation.
Cookies, tracking, and browser signals
We use browser storage for drafts, retry protection, and motion preferences. Cloudflare may use security cookies when its protective features require them. We do not use optional advertising or visitor-analytics scripts on this website. See Cookies & Browser Storage for the current details.
This site does not track visitors across other websites for advertising and does not enable other parties to do so through embedded advertising or analytics tools. Because no such tracking, sale, or advertising sharing is enabled here, there is no advertising opt-out to activate on this site. We do not change the site’s behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Security and processing locations
We use HTTPS and access controls to help protect information. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use care when deciding what to send.
NexQuest operates in the United States. Our service providers operate infrastructure in multiple locations, so information may be processed in the United States and other countries where they provide services. Privacy laws may differ between those locations. This statement does not waive any protections required by applicable law.
Children’s information
This website is intended for adult business and career inquiries, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required by law. Material changes will not override protections required for information already collected.
